Astrological Meaning
In some medieval and later esoteric traditions, angels serve as symbolic intermediaries between divine order and planetary influence. A planet may be assigned an angel or intelligence expressing its constructive qualities—for example, wisdom, courage, harmony, or disciplined judgment. These correspondences vary by source and should not be treated as universally accepted rules. In ordinary natal interpretation, an astrologer reads the actual planetary placements and aspects rather than assuming angelic intervention. Angels may nevertheless provide a spiritual framework for contemplation, prayer, ritual, or ethical reflection alongside chart work.
