Definition

Perseus is a northern constellation named for the hero of Greek mythology who defeated Medusa and rescued Andromeda. It is not a zodiac sign. In astrology, its relevance comes primarily through prominent fixed stars within the constellation, especially Algol and Mirfak, when they closely align with chart angles, planets, or other sensitive points.

Astrological Meaning

Perseus is traditionally associated with courage, decisive action, protection, and confrontation with dangerous or overwhelming forces.
