Finding Missing Objects- Horary Astrology

Horary Astrology is a branch of Astrology that responds very specific inquiries the moment a question is asked. One’s birth chart is not needed. Instead, a chart is calculated the moment the question is asked. “Will I get the job at ABC?” “Will Pat and I break up?” are classic horary types of questions. This chapter of Astrology is ideal for giving a reading for clients without an accurate birth time. Also, “Where are is missing Ring?” falls into this department of Astrology.

Though I had successful and unsuccessful attempts in finding missing objects, I do not classify myself as a specialist for missing objects. I much rather practice the usual long term love cycles, business, relocation, relationship analysis, setting dates and times.

In the middle of one many moves, I misplaced my diploma. I went through every box several times. Foolishly I looked in places out of frustration. After giving up, I then decided to calculate a Horary Chart. The answer suggested inside a closet, around the colors red and green. When I opened the door, happily I found the diploma. However, it wasn’t the diploma I was looking for! I gave up and decided to order an official duplicate. Also, this is when I developed my philosophy for missing objects.

Though a horary chart is valid for finding missing objects, I believe its more important to view if the object will be found versus finding it. Determining if one will find a missing object is much easier to answer then where it actually can be hiding. After all, one can ask “Where is it?” What if it describes some recycle bin in the middle of nowhere?

The technical rule of thumb is that missing objects are ruled by the Second House of the Horary chart drawn to represent the question. The chart is calculated the moment the Astrologer receives the question in live format. Also, it is drawn in the location for Astrologer answering the question.

Some Examples in Analyzing the Chart

a) Ruler of the 2nd is in the 6th house – The missing object may be at work.
b) Ruler of the 2nd in the 3rd house – The missing object may be in a car.
c) Ruler of the 2nd in the 11th house – A friend may have it.

If the ruler of the 2nd house is retrograde, the missing object will be returned.

The chart can be divided into North / South / East / West. Planets in their respective zodiacal signs have color attributes.

Though the above basics are standard, this is the one area of Horary Astrology that many of my colleagues often do not like to attempt. I do use Horary for non missing object questions that give concrete, accurate answers. Together coupled with a natal chart, tons of detail is readily made available. However, missing objects, is a nebulous topic. What if the object is found 20 years after one has ordered a duplicate or has completely given up? As most people, I to prefer having solid tangibles for now and the immediate 2- 3 year time frame.

Mars Retrograde

Mars is located between Venus and Jupiter. It oversees the will force, physical energy, efforts, impulse, courage, driving force towards a goal, assertion, and one’s sexual libido. Counting on Mars’ zodiacal position at birth represents your will. From January 24 – April 14, 2013 Mars will be retrograde in the symbol of Virgo.

Mars turns retrograde every 26 months for 70 to 80 days. Itï¿½s effects result in projects and plans stall or not develop as expected. Things don’t go as fast as we want. Our energy level will be lower. Accidents and arguments from impulsive actions and unrecognized anger will flare. Sexual activity is often unsatisfactory.

The textbooks indicate that suppressed frustrations result in a volcano like eruption. Individuals may explode with frustration and decide poorly and respond with violence and anger instead of patience and dialogue. However, one needs to also factor in that a retrograde can force one to go deeper within and make ground breaking changes in terms of the nature of the planet and the nature of the sign. Therefore during this time frame one will be re-evaluating their work energy. Mars in Virgo is very strong with details, efficiency, organization, and being health conscious. For those that have been putting off exercise, this may very well be a time where you may step out of your comfort zone and start dieting and exercising like never before.

It is true that Mars retrograde can result in procrastination. Assertive patterns are more introspective. Many will encounter passive individuals that may lack drive. It is highly recommended to steer away from starting a new business under a retrograde.

The birth of a business during a Mars Retrograde will result in constant problems with having action asserted at a quality and effective pace. No matter how hard you try to push, nothing will happen. Everything is in a sluggish state.

More importantly, it is recommended to steer away from major repairs. Since Mars governs destructions, deconstruction may become more understood after Mars turns direct. If an electronic gadget breaks down on a Mars Retrograde, a repair job will not cure the fix. A repair job on a Mars retrograde may result in having another repair take place. However, after the retrograde has turned direct, the problem can be more understood. Repair jobs include surgery. Avoid surgery under time time frame if possible.

However, being born with a Mars retrograde is much different than experiencing one during the cycle. A well aspected Mars retrograde in an individualï¿½s birth chart can produce a lot of success. Since energy and initiative is internalized (retrograde) usually the individual is in competition with himself. Many athletes are born with a well aspected Mars Retrograde. However, when Mars is aspected with challenging aspects, individuals may act hastily and often need to retrace and redo his steps. Ironically, I have seen many astrological charts of athletes with a retrograde Mars in Virgo. Being a team player is very important for athletes. Therefore, during this retrograde we may be called upon evaluating our own and others team player abilities at work.

There could be difficulties, arguments, disagreements at work over someone or with someone that is overly critical. So during this time frame it will be wise to pick and choose your words and actions at work very methodically.

Ones sexual drive during a Mars retrograde can change a lot. It has been stated that the level of satisfaction during a Mars retrograde can be difficult to satisfy. In the sign of Virgo it could be overly critical, picky, and frugal.

Another factor to understand with Virgo is pets. During this cycle, if a pet needs to have a surgical procedure it is strongly recommended if possible to postpone it until after retrograde. During this time frame your pets temperament could also be evaluated with respect the above referenced Mars retrograde qualities: overly aggressive or lethargic.

Finally the details of day-to-day living is also scrutinized under Virgo. So taking time to clean up shelves, closets, cabinets, and drawers is an excellent way to use this energy. A big tip: be extra efficient under that time frame. Enjoy!

Void Moon

A Void-of-Course Moon (often called a Void Moon) happens when the Moon makes its last major connection—like a conjunction, sextile, square, trine, or opposition—to another planet before it moves into the next zodiac sign.

After that final aspect, the Moon is essentially “off-duty.” It’s drifting without making any new significant connections until it enters a new sign.

Recently, because Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune have shifted into new signs, the Moon often reaches this “off-duty” stage earlier than usual. This pattern often comes around every couple of years, and long Void periods—lasting more than 12 hours—aren’t too common.

Astrologers have observed for centuries that the Void Moon is a low-momentum period:

Elements and Modalities

The 12 zodiac signs have distinguishable qualities. Specific groups of signs share similar grades. The two most popular methods for sign grouping are elements and modalities. Part 3: Momma Trump Maryanne Trump Astrology

A few weeks ago, we examined the composite charts of Donald Trump with his ex-wives. Currently, we are going to examine the composite chart between Donald and his mother, Maryanne.

Again, a composite chart is a mathematical calculation of both charts combined which will serve as the relationship chart.

A composite chart as a standalone tool for relationship analysis is not enough. The inter-aspects between both charts takes priority. The composite chart will bring out many details that are contained in each natal chart. Since we are focusing on just this specific relationship, I will gloss over them and save them for another. time.

Composite Chart Aspects between Donald and his mother

1) Cancer on House 7: The 7th house in any composite describes the nature of the relationship. The relationship is an emotional one. We then need to look at the ruler (the Moon.) It is in Aquarius. This relationship is emotionally cool, detached, aloof, and more intellectual than emotional.

2) Pluto in the 7th house can bring emotional power play. Where Pluto is in the chart, challenges regarding matters beyond one’s control will be present. It is also where the deepest transformation will be felt. Clearly, these 2 will transform each other, however, this can lead to being overwhelmed by the relationship. Someone in this combination keeps secrets from the other. Trust is a najor issue.

3) )Moon quincunx Pluto –Emotionally out of control. Emotional detachment results in low nurturance. This aspect can bring trust problems and the inability to be available for each other emotionally. In some cases, there can be shaming for experiencing feelings.

4) Difficulties with communication T square: Moon-Mercury-Neptune: Obstacles in the communication of emotions, ideas, wishes, and nurturance. This relationship may either have miscommunication, abusive communication, or limited communication. There is a lack of hearing and understanding each other. It’s that time of the year again. Mercury Retrograde from October 31 through November 20th.

This Mercury Retrograde will be in the sign of Scorpio. Anticipate communications to become covert. The topic with this retrograde is passive/aggressive behavior may manifest.

Mercury in Scorpio can be mysterious by nature. However, when it is retrograde, communication will become more controlled. Keeping clear and crisp communication will be essential during this retrograde. Making assumptions about others’ words and behavior is not advised.

Fortunately, Mercury isn’t receiving challenging aspects. Yet, it is still retrograde. Expect delays.

This retrograde is fantastic to go over wills, insurance policies, taxes, and investments. Please note, reviewing is all that is recommended. Save any changes you would like to make once the retrograde is completed.

5. Reunions with old friends and loved ones go great, however, be prepared for delays.

6. Expect to have contact with people from your past

7. Run antivirus software on your computer and other electronic devices.

DON’T

1. Make new purchases especially a car, technical equipment, telephone equipment and/or electronic equipment.

2. Sign contracts or make an oral agreement without scrutiny. Wait until Mercury turns direct. Yet waiting for the shadow to be completed gone will be better.

3. Make long term commitments

4. Turn in unchecked work.

5. Make a mass mailing hit the post office. Save your stamp expense until Mercury goes direct. Though electronic mass mailings do not cost, it would be better if it can be postponed until Mercury turns direct.

6) Make software updates.

Finally, expect some funky turn in events. Usually lost luggage is retrieved on a retrograde Mercury. I have heard stories of airlines “suddenly” delivery a suitcase many years later to the rightful owner. Retrieving others that were once lost is common. Also, expect certain gadgets to start working after they stopped.

Momma Trump Dearest Part 2

In the previous few weeks, we’ve examined Donald’s past affinities. I think the most important association that needs to be comprehended is the connection with his mother, Maryanne. Be sure to check part 1 of Momma Trump Dearest and the video.

Maryanne’s chart is placed around Donald’s to the right.

His relationship with his mother was volatile. As mentioned in a previous article, there are many Moon problems in his chart. This presents a problem because at the root level. The effects of growing up with such animosity may result in emotional wellness issues. I am an advocate and ally of Mental Health, but it is not my professional expertise. I assert that as a result of growing up with so much aggression can result in personality challenges. More importantly, his mother may have had mental health issues herself. Why? Donald was born with the Moon Conjunct the South Node. I have yet to meet a native with this aspect that doesn’t have an over the top problematic mother . Also, the mother is born with the Moon Square Saturn and a prominent 12th house. When I factor in those two elements, I can make a professional opinion based on it being universal.

Now when compare Maryanne’s planets to some of Donald’s planets, more details appear.

The mother is the opposite point, the IC. Usually, the mother may demand this type of achievement based on her own fears and insecurities. His mother may have worried that if her children wouldn’t conform, her husband would leave her. She grew up in poverty and was very financially driven. The fear of being abandoned and stuck with a houseful of children may have resulted in paranoia.

Maryanne’s Saturn quincunx Donald’s Moon: This aspect is significant because Donald has this in his chart. The mother may never give approval, credit, or validation for any success. This can create an ongoing nagging that there is never enough time to enjoy the fruits of one’s labor or success. Maryanne’s Saturn is in Taurus, which will make her financially driven. She may place the worth of a person based on financial success. Communication is stalled. This is a vast problem aspect because it creates a communication barrier for the child with the parent,

Maryanne’s Saturn Square Donald’s Mars: This combination is subjected to many frustrations, physical assaults, outbursts, and breakdown. The mother will continuously demand more as she can never succumb to satisfaction.

Maryanne’s Mars Quincunx Donald’s Moon: This is a problem with emotional bonding, empathy, and the ability to develop intimacy. Maryanne may come across as aggressive, dominant, and always stressed, or she cannot be bothered.

Maryanne’s Neptune Quincunx Donald’s Moon: Over idealization of a dream for perfection is a life mission with this combination. The barometer may be set through the ceiling whereby over achievement is considered normal.
