Clairgustance and clairalience are two that many people report after a family member has passed, when they sense they are visiting or just hanging out around them. Clairgustance might be that unmistakable whiff in the kitchen of grandma’s best loved omelet cooking on the stove, but the kitchen is empty and dark for the night. Clairalience is that scent that mysteriously reminds you of your beloved mother or wife who passed years ago.
