In this issue, one of our coordinators (Coordinator #1) examines a recent incident that details our process. Generally, only 2% of applicants have presented an opportunity to be on our Psychic Network. So this instance, we display the 98% that are not provided a chance and the logic behind it. As I mentioned last time, when I test read a Psychic applicant, it is similar to auditioning a singer (or any artist.) In the case of a singer, in the first few seconds of singing, talent shows through instantly. 

Recently I conducted a test where the applicant (a female) I gave the standard directions that all applicants receive. This was a relatively easy and quick test. I was with the Psychic applicant for only 3 minutes and 10 seconds. 

One of the directions is if Tarot Cards are being used, it is ok. However, please do not get technical by telling me the exact card that came up, what the card meant, etc…It’s a reading, not a class. I needed to be spoken to in plain English with non-technical jargon. Some people are fine with jargon. That is fine too. However, in this specific scenario, it was a boundary in the test for that particular moment.

So we started. The first thing she mentioned that made the reading turn South was that she had 2 cards already waiting for her before I called! As an on-demand service on a first-come, first-served basis, Psychics read on the spot. Sure, that would be fine if she wanted to do the reading for herself. More importantly, it demonstrated that my energy on a moment to moment basis wasn’t being considered. Therefore, the applicant was not tuned in to the “now.” Perhaps the applicant was only familiar with reading family and friends. Everyone needs to start somewhere. There was a lack of professional experience in conducting a professional reading, and it showed.

Then she did the ultimate, despite completely grasping the directions. She went into an immediate interpretation of those 2 cards as if it were a class. She demonstrated being incapable of following directions. That is a sore spot for any company. Talent and ability are a must. However, for professional consideration, following directions is a biggie in any field. She was thanked for her time, encouraged to continue her craft, and I went to the next applicant. 

In the parallel example of a singer, this readier “sang,” and I “heard.” As an “audience member,” I know the network deserves better as clients want better. I continued to find just that.  

I have also been on the opposite side of the spectrum. Within the first 50 seconds of the reading, I could tell instantly the reader had the talent and was hire-able. Surely I let the reader continue, as I love getting a good psychic reading. It is like having a great dessert. Who doesn’t like that?! 

Of course, applicants can get nervous. We cover that in the directions. No one is there to be shamed or endure negativity. We make our process a positive, productive, and professional experience for all parties. 

Conducting test reading evaluations over the years is easy and enjoyable. It’s not rocket science as talent is evident in the actual doing.

There are many methods used to foretell future events. When it comes to forecasting, many want to have dates of when affairs will happen. These possibilities include: “When will I marry?” “When have career take off?” “When buy property?” “When will finances change for the better?” “When will I have a child? ” and more. Psychic Readings usually harbor these types of questions too.

In a reading, I avoid any technical jargon because I believe that it is more appropriate for a class. In contrast, a client’s time should be prioritized with information and answers to questions. Month to month, year to year, cycle to cycle all have their timing and purpose. The most essential cycles are the ones that last a few months and years. The goal is to define what will happen, the use of the period, the best way to handle the cycle, and the dates of the cycle in terms of personal growth, finances, relationships, career, and more.

No 2 people are alike. Some cycles may begin for a person that may last for the next 40 years and stay that way for what could be interpreted as a life span. Some periods may end after being in effect for over 20 years. This is where the glory of having careful char analysis makes a big difference. 

Interestingly, I have even observed cycles that would typically last for 3 years last for 18 months for other individuals. These are infrequent instances. However, everyone is born under a unique wavelength of energy based on their location of birth, hour, and date of birth. In such cases, those cycles that kicked out super fast acted like a super metabolism. For such individuals, the cycle was identical to a person that would experience it for a longer duration, yet the difference was that it cycled out faster. That has a pro and a con. A super bright and expansive financial cycle may last shorter. The longer that cycle, the more abundance can accumulate. However, the reverse holds in terms of the less amount of frustration with certain obstacles and vice/versa.

For those that enjoy the technical astrological specifications: I look at the natal chart, transits, progressions, solar arcs, and use German Munich Rhythms. I prioritize outer planet transits and secondary progressions. I especially zoom in on quincunxes; secondary progressed moon. I also factor in if there is a planet going or leaving retrograde position. The list goes on and on.

Just like some are doctors who specialize in podiatry, different doctors specialize in cardiology. A Dentist would never comprehend anything about gynecology. Respectively, a gynecologist would not be able to treat a tooth cavity. The same applies to psychic readers To some, all readers should be capable to answer anything and everything at all moments!

Recently, I did a reading where the client expected me within the 4th minute of our reading to notice that she and her rekindled love interest had history from 20 years prior. In actuality, if it comes up, sure I will communicate it. My focus was on the present and the future.

All readers have specialties. Some will provide channeling, while others will use spirit guides. Then other readers can use crystals, Tarot Cards, scrying, etc. to help access more information for you. Some psychics specialize more with respects to your love life, and others will specialize more with respects to your career.

This too pertains to another myth that all readers can and should communicate with the dead! Psychic mediums can communicate with those that have crossed over. They may not be able to tell you what is ahead for you at your job or love life. At the same time, the reader that can accurately describe your forecast for love, career, finances, family etc.. may not be able to access those that have crossed over. This is fine. There is no requirement for a psychic to specialize in every tool.

Readers can look into your energy to see what you are feeling. Though a psychic may not tell you what you ate for dinner the previous night or your favorite movie, a psychic can get vibes on what course provides improvements for your situation. Some people that never had a psychic reading may believe that if the psychic truly has a gift, he/she will be able to answer anything, including what they are thinking. Instead the psychic will pick up on being tested or the person asking the question is a newbie. Though it’s not too informative or helpful in a reading, it is energy that is being accurately described.

All readers cannot possibly specialize in answering all types of questions. Granted, I believe that readers should be able to give a general reading. By a “basic” reading I’m referring to love, career, finances, and more.

Some specialized areas, such as missing people or missing objects, are not something every reader can do. This especially applies to my line of work. I am very upfront when I have received this type of question. At the same time, I have specialties that other readers don’t. Just like the Podiatrist specializes in taking care of your feet, he will not be able to do you justice for your dental cleaning. However, he is still a medical professional.

Some readers do great work with finding missing people, but they may or may not be able to forecast what will happen in your love life. This doesn’t make them any less than. The key to getting the reader you need is to understand what the reader specializes in and have the clarity to your questions.

All fields have specialists. The same would apply to hiring an attorney. If one needed to hire a lawyer that specializes in corporate taxes, going to a labor law attorney would not bear results. The same is applicable in readings.

I flinch when I see a definition of a psychic contending to reunite split lovers. I find it amusing and unfortunate. My take is simple: If ripped lovers are destined to reunite, they will. Surely, there is timing that goes hand in hand with this case too.

From a more realistic approach to this matter, relationship skills need to be cultivated. These skills encompass communication skills, empathy, fulfilling partners’ emotional needs, communicating needs, being able to work on personal issues/triggers, communicating upset, knowing how to handle stress and difficulties. These skills are life skills that are learned through trial and error.

In all honesty, if a psychic could reunite, do you think this “super-powerful hero” would even bother working? Seriously, if I possessed such power myself, I would undoubtedly find a way to get everything I wanted, whenever, however, etc. Many Hollywood executives would have made sure particular Hollywood power couples would reunite or stay together to protect their investment.

Now from a more realistic point of view, I believe that thoroughly understanding the relationship chemistry, potentials, and pitfalls; one can learn with depth how to relate better to a mate. However, without making a conscious effort to work things out, nothing is going to bind a couple.

The best example I can share is about an acquaintance that married an abusive alcoholic. She had a “psychic witch” perform rituals to reunite her with her abusive husband. Well, technically the man contacted her after they broke up (coincidence.) In their meet up, he beat her again. She got a restraining order thanks to the shiner he gave her left eye. He found a new love potential too behind bars as he was had many criminal legal woes also that resulted in a 10-year prison conviction.

Now if we dissect those 2, his abusive behavior and drinking were detrimental to any relationship. It would seem logical he would have to work on those 2 issues before being involved with anyone as it’s clear that emotionally he was not available. So why would anyone want to get together with someone like this? Codependence! Does that show up in a reading? Yes. This too can be worked on by dissecting the roots of the person. Though psychotherapy does this for most, an accurate reading can examine core issues at hand and get to the origins of the individual.

It takes recovering from the stages of grieving, chemistry, character, destiny, willingness to change.
