The Truth: Donald and Ivana Relationship Compatibility

Love Astrology: When examining inter-aspects between 2 Astrological charts, we need to inspect every planetary and point position from one chart to the other person’s planets.

Some combinations are not recommended. Also, some aspects immediately leap out as most consequential. In the case of Donald and Ivana Trump, each of their Suns land in each other’s 7th house. This is a powerful combination and can drive for a long-lasting relationship or result in a permanent bond. It is also a secure placement for being public in the relationship. Even though Donald and Ivana divorced, they have remained friends.

We should factor in the needs of each other from the 7th house, as demonstrated last week. Ivana has Taurus on the 7th house; she needs stability, consistency, and communication. Her problem is that the power struggles, control, domination, and issues beyond her control are intense as Pluto opposes Venus. The significant conflict is that Donald’s Pluto is very close to her Pluto as it would be for anyone slightly younger/older than her. This will trigger this aspect even more. So their relationship faced many problems over domination.

Ivana’s Jupiter to Donald’s Venus/Saturn aspects can bring healing to those wounds, but they also expand those themes because Jupiter enlarges anything it touches. The reason for healing is because it can bring an understanding of an underlying issue. More importantly, for a relationship to glue, it needs Saturn. If it weren’t for this aspect, it would be hard for her to pin down Donald.

One of the most harmonious aspects of this combination is her Venus trine to his Sun/Uranus conjunction. This is an immediate attraction where each is captivated by the other. I’m sure Donald felt, “Love at first sight.” Venus’ beauty, appeal, and magnetic quality can bring two people together.

Ivana’s Ascendant is precisely conjunct with his 4th house. This appears to have a strong connection or resemblance to his mother. Like the mother, his ex-wife has heightened emotional life as her Moon makes two squares in her chart. These squares are an issue because they indicate problems with jumping too quickly into situations without considering consequences as well as making decisions that are problematic to her wishes. Since it squares a planet in Pisces, it will force having to make sacrifices to her dreams, desires, and hopes.

I bring up the Moon because it squares Donald’s Ascendant. They are different signs, but they are out of sign squares, which will magnify Donald’s Leo rising as overly dramatic and critical versus Ivana’s outspoken and intensive nature. This relationship has much emotional volatility. Aside from the fact that Donald had an affair with Marla Maples, they outgrew each other years prior and held on to the relationship to keep face in public. Surely, Astrology can demonstrate how and why two people outgrow each other. The technique behind that is in secondary progressions in comparison to the other person. Also, there is a technique in progressing the Composite Chart.

In the derived house system, the 7th house indicates the first spouse. The 9th house indicates the 2nd spouse. The 11th house indicates the 3rd spouse. It keeps jumping two houses each time a person is married or resides with a mate.

Surely the 7th house is the main house for the relationship. The derived house system will show what the native is searching for in a new mate. It will also give details about that mate.

Though the above may seem technical, it is rich with details in analyzing a relationship. I deliberately went in reverse order because many enjoy jumping to just the relationship chart. Understanding each person’s needs, fate, and character is more vital to understand the inter aspects as that will demonstrate the true compatibility. The Composite Chart, in my opinion, is like an excellent polish that is best saved for last as an option, it is not a requirement. However, it should not become a substitute for an examination of more significant comparisons.

Earlier I stated that there might be times where a Composite Chart may show difficulties that may not stand out with inter-aspects. When this happens, it is because there is a natal aspect in a person’s chart that needs attention and it is reflected in most relationships.

Donald Trump Love Astrology Details

Donald Trump Astrology: This mini series had extensive coverage as found on video and prior articles. Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Video, and Trump in Relationships.

In follow up to the Composite Charts commentary, this week, we are layering in the essence of inspecting a natal chart for love energy before looking at inter-aspects or Composite Charts.

The 7th house is where we look for in the chart for love life. First, we look for the sign on the cusp. Secondly, we proceed to look at planets in the 7th house and aspects it makes to the rest of the planets. Next, we look at the ruler of the 7th house. Finally, we look for Venus and the aspects it makes.

In Donald Trump’s chart, he has Aquarius on the 7th house cusp. This indicates he needs a partner that is different, unique, and exotic. An ordinary partner would bore him. He has a quench for excitement and adventure. A mate that stands out is important for him. He has an attraction to women from different cultures. Matters of independence are active themes surrounding his love life. There is a level of detachment that Donald needs to feel content.

The ruler of the 7th, Uranus, is located in the 10th house of status, honor, recognition, reputation, and status. The type of mate he needs is a person that will elevate his status and social standing. His relationship with Ivana put him on page 6.

Uranus is in aspect to his natal Sun in the 10th house. This will make Donald independent and need a mate that can bounce off original ideas. Gemini is about communication, changeability, and the mind. He needs a mate that he exercises intellectual stimulation. More importantly, in Astrology, the ruler of the 1st house (the self) and the 7th (the partner) in an aspect is a strong indication of a person’s desire to be with a mate or attract. There is a conjunction between the Sun and Uranus. Though the two aren’t the most solid as Uranus can always be changing and seeking new ventures, it does give him magnetism. Some would argue by stating that a billionaire can purchase a relationship, or anyone would be easily attracted. Though there is validity to that, it doesn’t mean that the native would desire a relationship. There are others with the same planetary combination that share these same energies and are not in the same financial status.

An obstacle in Donald’s chart is the Moon opposite Uranus. This creates a lot of anxiety, emotional disconnect, inability to bond, restless females, and notoriety. Being there emotionally, physically, or mentally for his mate and vice versa are ongoing obstacles.

Since there aren’t any planets in the 7th house, we can then proceed to the condition of Venus in Donald’s chart.

Venus in Cancer conjuncts Saturn and Square Jupiter. This is a potent business position. It is also a position for entertainment. Hence, Donald has made many cameo appearances and had his reality TV show. However, in love, this will have many learning lessons. Some may exaggerate Saturn and define it as Karmic. In truth, with Saturn, we reap what we sow. It can make a person very ambitious and willing to get serious. But, if the person doesn’t shape up, significant problems occur.

Many Astrologers often neglect the Quincunx. The Moon quincunx Venus can result in a critical, shaming, and nagging nature. There is difficulty adapting to a mates philosophy. Challenges with judgment and understanding are also core issues. Unfortunately, this can result in the mother and other family members not approving the native’s mate.

Jupiter in square aspect to Venus can make one very indulgent. Yet there is frustration in trying to expand in love. The natures of the signs are Libra and Cancer. The conflict here stems from being out in the public limelight versus family and home issues. There can be an overindulgence in either direction. Though these 2 in combination aren’t the most challenging aspects, it details merely Donald’s love nature. The Venus / Saturn aspect in aspect to Jupiter has gotten him in trouble with infidelity and exposure to other indiscretions.

Before looking at compatibility, it is more important understanding the love energies one is born and doing the necessary work that comes with it. Then layering the energies of another individual is recommended.

Finding Missing Objects- Horary Astrology

Horary Astrology is a branch of Astrology that responds very specific inquiries the moment a question is asked. One’s birth chart is not needed. Instead, a chart is calculated the moment the question is asked. “Will I get the job at ABC?” “Will Pat and I break up?” are classic horary types of questions. This chapter of Astrology is ideal for giving a reading for clients without an accurate birth time. Also, “Where are is missing Ring?” falls into this department of Astrology.

Though I had successful and unsuccessful attempts in finding missing objects, I do not classify myself as a specialist for missing objects. I much rather practice the usual long term love cycles, business, relocation, relationship analysis, setting dates and times.

In the middle of one many moves, I misplaced my diploma. I went through every box several times. Foolishly I looked in places out of frustration. After giving up, I then decided to calculate a Horary Chart. The answer suggested inside a closet, around the colors red and green. When I opened the door, happily I found the diploma. However, it wasn’t the diploma I was looking for! I gave up and decided to order an official duplicate. Also, this is when I developed my philosophy for missing objects.

Though a horary chart is valid for finding missing objects, I believe its more important to view if the object will be found versus finding it. Determining if one will find a missing object is much easier to answer then where it actually can be hiding. After all, one can ask “Where is it?” What if it describes some recycle bin in the middle of nowhere?

The technical rule of thumb is that missing objects are ruled by the Second House of the Horary chart drawn to represent the question. The chart is calculated the moment the Astrologer receives the question in live format. Also, it is drawn in the location for Astrologer answering the question.

Some Examples in Analyzing the Chart

a) Ruler of the 2nd is in the 6th house – The missing object may be at work.
b) Ruler of the 2nd in the 3rd house – The missing object may be in a car.
c) Ruler of the 2nd in the 11th house – A friend may have it.

If the ruler of the 2nd house is retrograde, the missing object will be returned.

The chart can be divided into North / South / East / West. Planets in their respective zodiacal signs have color attributes.

Though the above basics are standard, this is the one area of Horary Astrology that many of my colleagues often do not like to attempt. I do use Horary for non missing object questions that give concrete, accurate answers. Together coupled with a natal chart, tons of detail is readily made available. However, missing objects, is a nebulous topic. What if the object is found 20 years after one has ordered a duplicate or has completely given up? As most people, I to prefer having solid tangibles for now and the immediate 2- 3 year time frame.

Mars Retrograde

Mars is located between Venus and Jupiter. It oversees the will force, physical energy, efforts, impulse, courage, driving force towards a goal, assertion, and one’s sexual libido. Counting on Mars’ zodiacal position at birth represents your will. From January 24 – April 14, 2013 Mars will be retrograde in the symbol of Virgo.

Mars turns retrograde every 26 months for 70 to 80 days. Itï¿½s effects result in projects and plans stall or not develop as expected. Things don’t go as fast as we want. Our energy level will be lower. Accidents and arguments from impulsive actions and unrecognized anger will flare. Sexual activity is often unsatisfactory.

The textbooks indicate that suppressed frustrations result in a volcano like eruption. Individuals may explode with frustration and decide poorly and respond with violence and anger instead of patience and dialogue. However, one needs to also factor in that a retrograde can force one to go deeper within and make ground breaking changes in terms of the nature of the planet and the nature of the sign. Therefore during this time frame one will be re-evaluating their work energy. Mars in Virgo is very strong with details, efficiency, organization, and being health conscious. For those that have been putting off exercise, this may very well be a time where you may step out of your comfort zone and start dieting and exercising like never before.

It is true that Mars retrograde can result in procrastination. Assertive patterns are more introspective. Many will encounter passive individuals that may lack drive. It is highly recommended to steer away from starting a new business under a retrograde.

The birth of a business during a Mars Retrograde will result in constant problems with having action asserted at a quality and effective pace. No matter how hard you try to push, nothing will happen. Everything is in a sluggish state.

More importantly, it is recommended to steer away from major repairs. Since Mars governs destructions, deconstruction may become more understood after Mars turns direct. If an electronic gadget breaks down on a Mars Retrograde, a repair job will not cure the fix. A repair job on a Mars retrograde may result in having another repair take place. However, after the retrograde has turned direct, the problem can be more understood. Repair jobs include surgery. Avoid surgery under time time frame if possible.

However, being born with a Mars retrograde is much different than experiencing one during the cycle. A well aspected Mars retrograde in an individualï¿½s birth chart can produce a lot of success. Since energy and initiative is internalized (retrograde) usually the individual is in competition with himself. Many athletes are born with a well aspected Mars Retrograde. However, when Mars is aspected with challenging aspects, individuals may act hastily and often need to retrace and redo his steps. Ironically, I have seen many astrological charts of athletes with a retrograde Mars in Virgo. Being a team player is very important for athletes. Therefore, during this retrograde we may be called upon evaluating our own and others team player abilities at work.

There could be difficulties, arguments, disagreements at work over someone or with someone that is overly critical. So during this time frame it will be wise to pick and choose your words and actions at work very methodically.

Ones sexual drive during a Mars retrograde can change a lot. It has been stated that the level of satisfaction during a Mars retrograde can be difficult to satisfy. In the sign of Virgo it could be overly critical, picky, and frugal.

Another factor to understand with Virgo is pets. During this cycle, if a pet needs to have a surgical procedure it is strongly recommended if possible to postpone it until after retrograde. During this time frame your pets temperament could also be evaluated with respect the above referenced Mars retrograde qualities: overly aggressive or lethargic.

Finally the details of day-to-day living is also scrutinized under Virgo. So taking time to clean up shelves, closets, cabinets, and drawers is an excellent way to use this energy. A big tip: be extra efficient under that time frame. Enjoy!

Void Moon

A Void-of-Course Moon (often called a Void Moon) happens when the Moon makes its last major connection—like a conjunction, sextile, square, trine, or opposition—to another planet before it moves into the next zodiac sign.

After that final aspect, the Moon is essentially “off-duty.” It’s drifting without making any new significant connections until it enters a new sign.

Recently, because Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune have shifted into new signs, the Moon often reaches this “off-duty” stage earlier than usual. This pattern often comes around every couple of years, and long Void periods—lasting more than 12 hours—aren’t too common.

Astrologers have observed for centuries that the Void Moon is a low-momentum period:

Lack of Drive: With no new aspects to make, the Moon’s “story” for that cycle is already complete. There’s no natural push to get things started.
Plans That Don’t Stick: Deals, decisions, or purchases made during a Void Moon often stall, change direction, or end up being redone.

Elements and Modalities

The 12 zodiac signs have distinguishable qualities. Specific groups of signs share similar grades. The two most popular methods for sign grouping are elements and modalities. Astrologers like to see which of the groups their natal planets fall in and add them up to produce counts or totals. It’s amusing to tally up your Sun, Moon, and planets and check out your elemental and modality

The basic thing to keep in mind while doing this is that we become what we want (or lack) and we do what we can (or have to do). Our highest totals, which show what we can or have to do, are often not held dear. Most people are obsessed by what they lack or want — their lowest totals.They tend to study their wants, imitate, and even fake them. They become or turn towards what they want.

Elements. A very popular grouping of the signs is that of the four elements — fire, earth, air, and water.

Fire Signs: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius. People with lots of fire in their chart are very active and involved and “can do” all kinds of things. Those with little fire can’t get started and may need someone to light a fire under them.

Earth Signs: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn. People with lots of earth are very practical. They can see how to do and use things. Those with little earth can’t be objective, aren’t grounded or practical.

Air Signs: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius. People with lots of air are analytical; they are able to resolve and draw conclusions. Those with little air have trouble with abstractions and ideas — getting the “big picture.”

Water Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces. People with lots of water are very feeling and “sensitive. Those with little water can’t get a feel for things; they run cool.

Modalities. Another popular way of grouping the zodiac signs is by cardinal, fixed, and mutable.

Cardinal Signs: Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn. People with a heavy emphasis in cardinal signs are self-starters, doers. They initiate and get things moving. Folks with few planets in cardinal signs may have trouble getting the ball rolling.

Fixed signs: Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius. People with a heavy emphasis in fixed signs hang onto and preserve life. They are at the center of things and are hard to budge. Folks with few planets in fixed signs may have trouble persevering and lack follow thru.
