Astrological Meaning

In chart interpretation, initiating signs suggest an impulse to set events in motion. Aries may initiate through direct action, Cancer through protection or emotional engagement, Libra through relationship and negotiation, and Capricorn through planning or responsibility. Planets in these signs often express themselves by beginning, directing, or responding quickly to changing circumstances. Their house placement shows where this initiating tendency is most likely to operate, while aspects and planetary condition describe how easily or constructively it may be expressed.

Why It Matters
