Unlike natal astrology, which interprets a chart for an individual, mundane astrology studies charts and planetary cycles associated with communities, institutions, and particular periods in history.
Astrological Meaning
Mundane astrologers may examine planetary ingresses, eclipses, lunations, great conjunctions, and outer-planet cycles. They also use charts cast for events, political inaugurations, national foundations, or the start of significant developments. Houses and planets receive collective meanings: the second house may relate to national finances, the seventh to foreign powers, and the tenth to leaders or government.
