Chiron

Definition

Chiron is a small celestial body orbiting between Saturn and Uranus, classified as both a centaur and a minor planet. Discovered in 1977, it is used mainly in modern Western astrology. Its symbol resembles a key, and its orbital cycle through the zodiac lasts approximately 50 years.

Astrological Meaning

Astrologers commonly associate Chiron with vulnerability, unresolved pain, healing, mentorship, and wisdom gained through difficult experience.
