• She repeatedly questioned whether ending her seven-year romantic relationship in June 2025 was the correct decision. She identified the former partner’s date of birth as May 5, 1987 and explained that his family had warmly accepted her, making the separation particularly difficult. She contrasted this with her own strained family environment, which she described as significantly affected by severe addiction issues.

• Ms. Williams expressly stated that both she and her former partner openly identified as bisexual during the course of their relationship.

• She disclosed that her former partner struggles with drug addiction and stated that during the COVID-19 pandemic she experimented with LSD with him.

• The cardholder reported that her finances are currently out of control due to unemployment. She stated that her debts have accumulated to the point that she cannot afford to see a doctor for treatment of her depression, that she currently lacks health insurance, and that she is not taking prescribed medication due to financial limitations.

• Ms. Williams described a torrential and severely strained relationship with her mother (date of birth: January 1, 1956). She further alleged that her mother is involved in an incestuous relationship with her own brother (the cardholder’s maternal uncle) and stated that the two have requested permission to move into her residence.

• The caller also acknowledged that she has utilized competing on-demand psychic reading services.
